Questions about Channels
Do you charge per message?
No. You pay your provider directly at your negotiated rate. Edverix meters events processed and messages orchestrated, not delivered volume with a markup.
Which WhatsApp providers are supported?
Any Meta business solution provider with a template and messaging API, plus the Cloud API directly. Templates are synced and their approval state is tracked in Edverix.
Can we use two email providers at once?
Yes. Route by segment, by message type, or as a failover pair.
