About the role

The dashboard is where a funnel becomes a segment, a segment becomes a journey and a journey is simulated before it goes live. You will own screens end to end: the data contract, the components, the interaction and the performance budget.

The stack is TypeScript throughout, React with TanStack Router and Query on the front end and Node.js services behind it. Design decisions come from support threads and SQL, and every release ships behind a flag where it touches delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Build responsive, accessible web applications with TypeScript, React, TanStack and the platform design system.
  • Ship real-time visualisations for funnels, retention grids, journey statistics and delivery logs, with no layout shift.
  • Integrate journeys and channels with third-party systems such as storefronts, payment gateways, CDPs, CRMs and webhooks.
  • Own features from the first RFC to deployment and monitoring, and keep load times and interaction latency inside the budget.

Requirements

  • Three or more years building and scaling production web applications with TypeScript, modern React and Node.js.
  • A strong sense for UX, micro-interactions, responsive layout and data visualisation.
  • Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs, WebSocket streaming and state management at scale.
  • High ownership: comfort taking a feature from proposal to production and staying with it once it ships.

Nice to have

  • Experience building canvas or node-editor interfaces.
  • Familiarity with server-side rendering frameworks and edge rendering.
  • Contributions to a design system or a component library.
